TAFTA - Elements of Screen Performance 2 - Mick Preston

A Swedish-born Canberra native, Cathrine is a newcomer to the acting and modeling world, though her interest is not restricted to being in front of the camera. She also has extensive experience in costume making, winning third place in the pre-World Cosplay Summit in 2008. The contest involved making intricate costumes of specific characters and acting out a pre-rehearsed skit. She has more recently become interested in special effects makeup, and is currently undertaking an apprenticeship with Meatlocker FX House.

Cathrine hopes to work with many different creative types and explore the worlds of modeling and acting, both in front of and behind the camera.
